Yoga by Josefin Strid
Josefin Strid will be leading all yoga sessions throughout the retreat, offering a carefully balanced mix of movement, technique, and deep rest. Over the course of six classes, you’ll explore strong and steady Vinyasa flows, focused handstand technique, and deeply restorative Yin. With only 12 participants, each session allows for personal guidance and attention. The classes are longer than usual, giving space to move with intention and pause to refine more advanced postures—like a series of intimate master classes. Whether building strength and alignment or softening into stillness, Josefin’s teaching invites you to connect with both your body and the calm of the surrounding nature.
