Foundation
The Foundation class is a great starting point for level (green+) blue climbers looking to start their climbing journey - the right way. You will climb and develop together with other motivated climbers, learn new climbing techniques and gain knowledge of climbing-specific training routines.

Progression
Intermediate class for climbers looking to improve and progress. Suitable for people who feel comfortable on red tags (6a-6b). Alex Chapman will guide you through various training blocks, helping you level up your climbing.
